Policies can be big cost drivers to Projects. Also, a SINGLE data policy may not be as easy to maintain as a policy with a bunch of appendices. • protection of sensitive information/(required)policy on using standards/(required)access by people with disabilities/(required)long term preservation and archiving/(required) • Points of Contact, which could be offices vs. individual names, should be included so those trying to adhere to the policy know who to get in touch with questions that will come up.
