M/s F SALON INDIA LLP. M/s F SPA INDIA LLP. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). This is to Caution the public at large that the Company licenses the Brand and appoints its affiliates and/or franchises / sub-franchises by executing and/or ratifying such license and/or franchise agreements in writing only. K BRANDS PVT LTD. has been given authority directly to franchise the Brand or execute any license and/or franchise agreement for any purposes including but not limited to setting up or establishing any business in relation to the Brand, with the written approval of the Company. Please be informed that all Location, Site & Partner Approvals, licenses, franchises, lease or sub- franchise agreements executed in relation to the Brand requires the consent in writing of the Company i.e M/s F HOSPITALITY INDIA LLP. M/s F SALON INDIA LLP. M/s F SPA INDIA LLP. The Company disclaims any liability or responsibility for any unauthorized usage of the Brand by any person and further cautions the public at large by this notice that any unauthorized usage of the Brand shall make any such person also liable for legal action by the Company both civil as well as criminal. This notice is being put to caution the public at large to beware of any unauthorized transaction(s) that is without the knowledge and/or permission of the Company.
