  4. Design, building and Implementation of Reporting System • The Reporting System collects information from the line control and every individual machines. It stores information about fault, products processed etc. The information is later used for hour by hour, daily, weekly report generation about idle times, machine fault analysis, work efficiency. • System can generate the following reports: • OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) Reports • Total Production Reports • Status Reports • Fault Reports • Spoilage Reports • Temperatures Reports • And other … • There is possibility to create every report you wish Improve Your Business

  5. 1 Coolant Pump Station Project completed with cooperation with KJO company (mechanical part). Application of processing oil-coolant through Bodymakers machines. Oil in the specified min/max temperature range is pumped by redundant pump system through filters, heat exchanger unit to the Bodymakers machines. After processing through Bodymakers it is returned from a sump tank to the main tank

  6. System features: • Level control in the sump and main tank through an analog hydrostatic sensor. Main tank refilling with oil with specified concentration through proportional pump • Flow inspection through flow and pressure sensors • Temperature control through electric heater (heating) and heat exchanger (cooling) through electric analog valve • Filter clogged inspection through differential pressure sensor • Skimmer operation • PLC: Allen Bradley SLC • HMI: Allen Bradley PanelView+ • Comm network: Ethernet PLC-HMI and PLC-SCADA • Analog in/out for controlling temperature, cooling valve

  7. 2 Can Washer Cans are transported on conveyor through several washing stages. Every stage consist from a tank, pump and a set of nozzles. In a specified tanks containing chemicals additional temperature control is required. Washing stages are separated by blow-off zones driven by fans to prevent liquid mixing between the stages 3 projects realized to date

  9. 3 Cupper Press 2 projects realized to date Cupper is a double action press used in can manufacturing process. Our company designed and built a control panel for the press, developed a control program and integrated the press into production line

  13. 6 Line reporting The Reporting System is a SQL server that collects information from the line control and every individual machines. It stores information about fault, products processed etc. The information is later used for hour by hour, daily, weekly report generation about idle times, machine fault analysis, work efficiency.
