  3. Appraisee logs into the system using his Staff No. and alphanumeric password.

  4. Replace Login pop-up text appears with ‘Things to Remember’. Read this once and close the window.

  5. Under Appraisee Level Task, hyperlink appears “Please start your Mid Year Review.” Click on the hyperlink

  6. Appraisee working Screen appears with pre-populated KRAs and RRs as selected during Performance Planning.

  7. Enter status of KRAs and RRs in the text box against each KRA/RR .

  8. Appraisee will enter his/her comments against all KRAs and RRs.

  9. Don’t forget to ‘Save as Draft’ if working on this screen for more than 8 minutes. Else all data might get lost

  10. Appraisee status changes in the Home Page

  11. Click on the hyperlink again to continue with the Appraisee level Mid Year Review submission

  12. Click on the Development Plan link to select desired competencies for development.

  13. Two sets of links would appear viz. Behavioural and Functional. Appraisee can select minimum 1 and maximum 3 competencies for his/her development

  14. To select a competency, click on either of the link above.

  15. A pop-up will appear, click on the desired competency, then click on ‘Select’.

  16. If the appraisee wishes to select more than one competency, he/she should click on the relevant link from above.

  17. A running list indexed on Function will appear in the pop-up, scroll down till the relevant function and select the competency.

  18. Click on the desired Functional competency and scroll down the pop-up till the end of the screen.

  19. To select the competency, click on ‘Select’.

  20. The selected competencies will appear in the Text boxes above.

  21. Enter the action plan for the selected competencies in the text boxes on the right.

  22. Remember to click on ‘Save as Draft’, to avoid loss of data.

  23. Click on the ‘Submit’ button for Appraisee level Mid Year Review submission

  24. Click on OK to confirm submission.

  25. A system check pop-up message will appear, if comments are not entered for all KRAs/RRs .

  26. Click on the ‘Submit’ again after ensuring all comments have been entered. Then click on ‘OK’ in the pop-up to confirm submission.

  27. Enter the submission comments in the above text box. Then click on ‘Save’.

  28. Plan submitted. Plan status changes under Appraisee Level Task. No Hyperlink.

  29. Appraisee can view his submitted Mid Year Review. Mid Year Review … My Review … My Mid Year Review

  30. Printable version of the MYR appears in the pop-up. This is accessible to the appraisee for the complete cycle
