  23. We are willing to enter into a long-term lease and are conducive to you as the tenant doing all alterations. If you feel you need more space at the back, I could look into the possibility of negotiating with my right hand neighbor to incorporate part of his vacant plot at the rear section of his store into the rear section of our store where the alterations need to take place.I've checked with the municipality and these alterations can be done.
