STOP: START: • LinkedIn & Twitter • A professional online presence • Share new knowledge • Share insights • New books you have read • Contact one person in your network at least once a month • Updates on career achievements, presentations and new skills • Share relevant articles and reports • Don’t add your extreme opinions to posts and blogs • Be a resource to your network: factual and evidence-based • Facebook • Posting pics • Talking about your “fun” online • Complaining online • Criticizing and judging groups and opinions online • “bragging” MHA Orientation 2013
