Sedentary lifestyles have reduced children's exercise levels and interest in sports. To address this, schools are making Physical Education (P.E.) classes more inclusive, catering to various sizes, abilities, and interests. Research conducted in 2011 highlighted that the XerTrainer exergaming system offered greater exercise benefits, enjoyment, and social development compared to other forms of exergaming. The Sportwall initiative was designed to create fun, full-body games with measured scores, promoting repeated play for skill mastery. Xergames are now utilized in various settings, including YMCAs, educational institutions, and fitness clubs.
