Effective Rent Relief Request Evaluation for General Managers

This guide outlines a structured process for General Managers to evaluate tenant rent relief requests. It emphasizes formalizing and streamlining JLL's response system to ensure efficient analysis and decision-making. Key roles include gathering tenant information, evaluating requests, completing necessary paperwork, and involving relevant parties. The Receivership Manager reviews each package for completeness and validity, while the Regional Leasing Manager provides necessary input and approves requests before submission to the client. This process can be crucial during lease term changes.
