  2. In close proximity to a number of major attractions, walking distance to Cincinnati and feet from retail shops, this high rise condominium is located to experience it all. A daily experience living at the condominum would go something like this: you are awakened by the sun shining through your bed room window. You rise and approach the master bathroom to freshen up. Next, you head to the open kitchen and prepare breakfast. You sit eating your breakfast while watching the morning activities on and surrounding the Ohio River. You decide to go for a walk so you ride your assigned elevator to the lobby. The receptionist greets you and you grab a complimentary newspaper. Upon exiting the building, you decide to visit the shops that are located feet from your home. While shopping you get lunch from a restaurant that is also located within 5 minutes of your home. There are people moving about rapidly. You decide to take a swim, so you head back home. Back at your condo, you change into your bathing suit. On your way downstairs to the indoor pool, you see parents dropping their children off at day care. You go for a swim and spend some time in the hot tub. The evening is minutes away, you start to cook dinner when you notice there is no more lettuce! You walk 5 minutes to the indoor market to get lettuce for dinner. Dinner is done and you enjoy eating as you watch the sun set. You and a friend decide to catch a movie so you walk 10 minutes to Newport on the levee. After the movie, you enjoy the cool breeze by sitting on your balcony. This is an experience that you should be a part of!
