  2. 设计目的 • 本企业报备接口定义了ICP、IP地址及域名报备单位使用通信程序向部管局备案管理系统、省管局备案管理系统上报备案信息数据，及获取部管局备案管理系统、省管局备案管理系统的管理信息数据的编程接口。该接口作为开发单位设计、开发企业备案管理系统的依据。
