Introduction During the past years have changed a lot of work environment, they have become information technology, computer systems and the Internet an integral part of daily working environment in the office talking. On the other hand due to intensified competition and economic openness and global scramble for resources has become the economic and human resources and markets, a feature of the age. Not only the process of change on the environment external to the organization, but that there are internal changes are no less important and serious, such as continuing changes in the needs and expectations of staff and career goals In light of these changes we are trying to answer the following problem: How is the change management process? And their contribution to the overall objectives of the organization?
