  3. Diet • Consists of Lemonade made from: Organic lemons, fresh water, grade B maple syrup, and cayenne pepper • A glass of water with sea salt • THERE IS NO FOOD IN THIS DIET

  4. Ill effects on the dieter • Effects can be harsh on the body • This diet only supplies about 800-1200 calories a day, putting the dieter’s body into starvation mode • This diet will probably cause headache, nausea, hunger pains • Barely any protein results in decrease in muscle

  5. Positive effects • Lose 1-2 pounds a day • Detoxify body of unneeded chemicals • Healthier Skin • Clean out colon and get rid of excess waste in your system

  6. My Opinion • Not a very good choice • Is painful • Is long • Not getting enough nutrients • Should only do diet for 2-3 days maximum • Weight lost is mostly water weight. • It will come back.

  7. How to make this healthier • Add a very small amount of protein. This will add to the cayenne pepper’s complimentary protein which will prevent muscle mass decrease • Do not do this diet for a month+ . Instead, only a couple days at a time, 3-4 times a year
