Leading up to the Event • Frequent e-mails to: verify participation in the event, the number of tables and chairs needed; and any additional needs (proximity to other districts, electrical outlets, etc.) • Verification of e-mail address needed for Kiosk Sign in. This District representative would be the one to receive the spreadsheet of all candidates interested in their district. They would in turn be able to share with other district representatives and sort data to meet their needs. • Share arrival times, directions, and parking accommodations.

SECURITY NEEDS • During School Hours: (2015) • Created separate door for sign in procedures • For those candidates that arrived at front entrance they followed the same procedures for sign in including showing identification • Include directional arrows to event • After regular school hours: (2016) unlocked gymnasium doors for athletics • Sign in of District representatives • Kiosk registration kept track of candidates

  16. Organize the Data We used “SpiderSheet” a Script that works with Google Sheets. It essentially pulls the data from the master sheet into individual sheets based on a data criteria. It also gives the newly created sheets its own owner and collaborators with edit, view or comment permissions.
