This study explores the in situ X-ray scattering of (K0.5Na0.5)0.98Li0.02NbO3 (NKN) during templated grain growth (TGG) using NaNbO3 templates. Conducted at 220°C with a thermal treatment at 1190°C for 3 hours, results show significant texture evolution marked by increasing {00h} intensities. We observe phase transitions in the NKN material during heating, with the disappearance of the template peak closely aligned with texture development. The findings enhance our understanding of matrix texture and phase behavior in TGG processes.
