2013 Statistics on WSP/ATR/PP Submissions and Challenges

This report presents key statistics regarding the submission of Work Safety Plans (WSPs) for 2013. A total of 111 organizations submitted signed WSPs by June 30, 2012, with a target of 116 for the following year. In 2013, 120 organizations registered, and 112 uploaded their source data, though only 95 submitted signed WSP/ATR/PP/PR documents due to challenges in obtaining signatures from authorized individuals and correcting data errors. The due date for the 2014/2015 submissions is April 30, 2014.

WSP/ATR/PP/PR 2013 Statistics • Number of organisations that uploaded and submitted signed WSPs by 30 June 2012: 111 • Target for 2013: 116 • Number of Organisations that registered on the system for 2013: 120 • Number of organisations that uploaded their source data : 112 (Some companies have applied for extensions) • Number of organisations that submitted signed WSP/ATR/PP/PR: 95 (Some companies have applied for extensions)

  3. Challenges experienced by companies Obtaining signatures for the verification and final WSP/ATR/PP/PR documents. (labour and duly authorised individuals) Correcting errors on the source data document. Capacity of IT systems during uploads. Original cancelled cheques.

  4. Way Forward Due date for 2014/2015 WSP/ATR/PP/PR is 30 April 2014
