Completed Secondary and Mid Year reports, available from counseling office Naviance sections MUST be complete Completed transcript request and fees: $4 for EACH transcript ordered (need one per school for BOTH the Secondary and Mid Year report) Copies of all ACT/SAT/AP scores Personal statement (college essay) 2 PRE-ADDRESSED envelopes for EACH college: One with 2 stamps (for Secondary Report) AND One with 1 stamp (for Mid Year) DO NOT leave application and information on your counselor’s desk or in the box on the door!!! Must be submitted in person!! ALLSecondary School Reports must be given to your counselorno later than November 15th if you want a letter of recommendation to be included. Private Career and Technical Schools • Advantages • Prepares individuals for entry level jobs • Length of courses may vary from a few weeks to two years • Cost varies from $ to $$$$ • Check Community Colleges for similar programs • Apply • Use Naviance and the College/Career Center to research programs • Check each campus for application requirements and deadlines
