Navigating Your Professional Journey: Voluntary Self-Assessment for Graduate Students

This presentation outlines optional self-assessment questions designed to aid students in defining their personal and professional goals. While not mandatory for dissertation committee meetings, these questions can be valuable for personal reflection and goal-setting. Students are encouraged to discuss their thoughts with their Principal Investigator or mentors. Topics include personal strengths and weaknesses, core values, motivation, and professional aspirations. This exercise seeks to enhance clarity in aligning short-term actions with long-term career objectives.
