Voorbeeld van een identificatieplaat voor radioactieve bronnen Identificatienr. : Radio-nuclide : Fysische en chemische vorm : Straling : Activiteit : GBq Datum : Dosistempo in contact : µSv/h op 1 m : µSv/h In geval van incident : Identificatienr. : intern identificatienummer, dit nummer dient verschillend te zijn van de localisatie van de bron. Radio-nuclide : type van isotoop (vb : 137Cs, 241Am, 60Co, …) aanwezig in de bronhouder. Fysische en chemische vorm : vast-gasvormig-vloeibaar, onder de vorm van oxyde, metaal … Straling : type straling (alfa, bêta, gamma, neutronen) die kenmerkend is voor de radio-nuclide. Activiteit : bvb de activiteit vermeld op het broncertificaat, uitgedrukt in GBq. Datum : datum op de welke de activiteit werd bepaald. Dosistempo in contact : dosistempo in contact met de bron uitgedrukt in microSv/h. op 1 m : idem. In geval van incident : intern telefoonnummer (verantwoordelijke bronnen, IDPB …) Ander nummer : Controlatom : 02 / 674 51 20 (permanentie 24u / 24u)
