The Internet Society (ISOC) conducted a hands-on ccTLD workshop in June 2004, before the ICANN meeting in Kuala Lumpur, aimed at equipping technical staff from country-code domains with essential skills for enhancing domain registry operations. The workshop featured experts from various organizations and focused on key topics such as DNS, security, registry models, and policies. With participants from around the world, the event emphasized a collaborative approach to fostering reliable internet services and addressing community needs.
