  4. We Can Help • MISD has a friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Technology Help Desk. Whether you need help with an account or your computer will not turn on, the Technology Help Desk is there to help. • Go to http://helpdeskand login to submit a ticket. • You may also contact the Technology Help Desk at 432-689-5151.

  5. Help Desk You can submit a work order online from your MISD computer by visiting http://helpdesk. Your login for the help desk is the same as your computer login.

  6. Sample Help Desk Ticket Please enter as much detail as possible. This will ensure the ticket is assigned to the appropriate technician. Computer Host Name Can be found in the top-right corner of your desktop background.

  9. Accounts • You can create your network and email login from STAFF LINKS . They will be the same. Control, Alt, Delete to change your password. • Most websites are listed under the www.midlandisd.net website under STAFF LINKS tab. Most websites have a link under the sign-in for retrieving your username and password. The link usually reads “Forgot My Sign-On Information” or “Forgot My Password”. After clicking the link, enter your MISD email address to have the information emailed directly to you.
