We are reinventing the demo process/tools • Asking partners to re-architect the selling process to support a “web buyer” with selling efficiency and the web for sales people & customer self-service/education. • Drive change in sales process and collaboration across the partner org Sales, Technical, Marketing, Web • Drive MSFT content and technology to support broader impact/leverage of technical content in the partner • Be very tactical - content and tools to enable change • Adapting To Change

  4. To provide a framework and an easy to use partner sales toolkit. Dynemo (Dynamic Demo Engine). • Set of “standard” short demo & interactive ‘trial-like’ content for partners to customize/brand. • Accelerate the sales process and reduce the cost/complexity and be more responsive to the prospect – • Prospect – Demo now…? • Salesperson - “ahhhh is 2 weeks good for you?” • Enable partner sales people to immediately connect with the prospect in a ‘standardized’ way with dynamically configured content focused on the prospects interests/needs. • Accelerated Demo Framework
