  1. EFFECT OF HORMONES ON HUMAN BODY Hormones play an essential role in our health and happiness. a slight imbalance can cause dramatic effects on our weight, appearance, mood, fertility, energy and anxiety levels.

The hormones have the following effects on the body: • •    Regulation of metabolism•    Hunger craving•    Mood swings•    Stimulation or inhibition of growth•    Preparation of the body for fighting, fleeing, mating and other activities.•    Preparation of the body for a new phase of life such as puberty or parenting.

  3. Hormonal imbalance can affect health conditions causing depression, loss of focus and muscle strength. It is very important to balance hormones you can balance. • The question is how to balance hormones?  One can  balance hormones, both medical as well as naturally.
