  1. A Guide to Proper Gym Wear People in the USA are known to be very fitness conscious, especially women. While you certainly are a health freak now, ladies it is time to look into your wardrobes. Your baggy sweats and cotton wares can be very comfortable, but they can cause a lot of harm to your body. The right gym wear should be able to keep the sweat off your body, protect your skin from rashes and injuries and give you enough space so that you can stretch properly. So before you start gearing up for your gym, learn some gym wear shopping tips and tricks. Avoid baggy and loose clothes You may be in a huge hurry for your gym, or may think that they are very comfortable, but believe it or not, they do more harm to you eventually. This kind of clothes can lower your confidence as well be dangerous while working in the gym. Loose and baggy clothes can get stuck to the machines and cause accidents. Pay attention to your bottoms Now that your top wear is taken care of, think about your bottom wears. While doing exercises on machines, try wearing capris or shorts. Baggy pants can cause tripping and can also get entangled in the machines. If doing yoga, wear pants which can fit comfortably on your body and give you a lot of space to stretch. Wear good sports bra Ladies before you step into the gym and start exercising make sure that you have put on a good sports bra. And if you don’t have one, invest in one right away. A well-fitted bra can cause less back pain and improve your postures. Not only will they keep your breasts firm, they will also reduce the embarrassment of jiggling breasts. Wear dark colours While pop of colours are a rave right now, you might want to go with dark shades. They look really sophisticated and stylish. At the same time, they can make you look slim and slender. Choose one or two colours and try to stick to them mostly. This will make sure that you look stylish even while exercising. Avoid wearing old and stinking clothes Every gym cloth has a tenure after which you may have to throw them and buy new sets of clothes. Wear proper shoes The right pair of shoes can actually take your workout sessions in the right direction. With proper cushion under your feet, a right pair of shoes will make sure that you don’t sprain your leg muscles and will give you better stability. So it can be a great idea to invest in a good pair of shoes. As much as your body needs a good amount of exercise, so does it needs the right kind of gym wear. This can increase your stamina and effort and make you look fashion conscious at the same time. So follow these gym wear tips and tricks and be a diva even while exercising.
