Freediving is a form of underwater diving that relies on breath-holding until resurfacing rather than the use of breathing apparatus such as scuba gear. Besides the limits of breath-hold, immersion in water and exposure to high ambient pressure also have physiological effects that limit the depths and duration possible in freediving.

  3. Florida Freedivers Courses Level 1 Course :-This course is ideal for scuba divers, recreational freedivers, and beginners wishing to master thefreediving techniques. The maximum breath-hold for the course is 3 minutes. Please keep in mind these times are very general guidelines. Level 2 Course :- The Level 2 Course is three days and perfect for spearfishermen and freedivers who have already completed the Level 1 Course. During this course, we introduce you to your natural inborn aquatic abilities and instruct you on the specific techniques to unlock them.

  4. Ocean Session :- We highly recommend this course not only to those just keeping their skills fresh but to those who are interested in taking the Level 2 Coursebefore jumping into the class. This is also the registration for students that need to make up their ocean to complete their certification. Spearfishing :-Spearfishing Course is a 1-day classroom and confined water course with an optional spearfishing charter the following day. Whether you are a seasoned underwater hunter or just getting into the sport, you will leave this course with the skills necessary to be a more successful, safe, observant and ethically-sound hunter.
