Y3Eval (20 points) • A one-page executive memo to the chair of the BOD on  year 3 performance including • A brief TOWS analysis • Lessons learned • Key actions planned  • Attach a one-page review of organizational effectiveness • Maximum of one page for a total of two pages. • You can use a completed O/E evaluation worksheet for the second page. • Submit electronically with the keyword: Y3eval by midnight Wednesday, Oct. 25.  Session 25

  3. Y3Eval perspective • A look back to learn how you are doing and what you should address for the future. Analysis tools include: • Financial and operational reports for Y3 • TOWS analysis • Company performance graphs available in the BPG to recognize strong and weak areas vs. competitors • Organizational Effectiveness concepts to assess how you are doing and what you need to do from the perspective of: • Goal approach • Internal process approach • Resource approach • Stakeholders view Session 25

  4. Friday and Monday • Work sessions on your StratPlan. • Participation will be graded both days. • Note, StratPlan (40 points) is due electronically before class next Wednesday. • BPG 4-1 is due by midnight next Wednesday. Session 25
