Getting started... • April 1993 – creation of a National Disability Information and Meeting Centre in Luxembourg • August 1997 – contact with the Municipal Institute for Disabled People in Barcelona • Presentation of the Concept to the ministry responsible for disability questions in Luxembourg • September 1997 - common action of the ministry for disability questions and the ministry of the interior towards all the municipalities in Luxembourg, asking them to adopt the Declaration
