This study presents HPLC chromatograms illustrating the contents of intracellular sugars and polyols in various Pseudomonas species, including Pseudomonas lurida NPRs3, NPRp15, and others, grown at two different temperatures (4°C and 28°C). Each chromatogram, labeled Fig. S1a to S1f, provides insights into the metabolic profiles of these bacteria under cold and optimal growing conditions, highlighting the physiological adaptations of these microorganisms to thermal variations.
