Mass Spectra Analysis of Compounds Released from Beads After Coupling Peptides

This study presents the mass spectra of compounds released from a single bead at different stages of peptide synthesis. The top spectrum depicts the starting peptide, while the middle and bottom spectra illustrate the results after the coupling of Fmoc-protected and azide-protected building blocks, respectively. The specific mass-to-charge ratios (m/z) of the molecules detected include [M+Na]+ and [M+H]+ forms, providing insight into the chemical composition and efficiency of the coupling reactions.
