  1. The House Concedes A Bill Supporting The Abortion Rights 2021- Everything You Need To Know! In 2021, several states have conceded legislation to exclusively block abortion rights. The US Supreme court has made this decision in relevance to Roe.V. Wade in 1973. These changes were to stop unnecessary abortion by women in the states. In May 2021, The Supreme Court of the United States empowered a new law to take effect known as Texas LAW S.B.8. As per this law, after six weeks of pregnancy, all women are prohibited to abort. This law also empowers any person to file a case against anyone who is aborting a child after six weeks. Immediately after taking effect, several people including political parties opposed this law, as it compromised abortion rights in 2021. In oppose to this law Women's health communities and groups raised their voices. It is because; six weeks is the time when most women even don’t realize that they are going to be a mother.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi also promised to bring down the bill and make another bill to counter. A federal judge also challenged this bill and blocked the ban.
