Services Marketing 3 P’s: People • Employees were best part of this experience audit. • Employees seemed happy to provide service and were helpful. • All looked the part and had standardized uniforms (physical evidence). • Overall, the quality of service coupled with the great food and environment made me want to return for another visit.
