Analysis of Significant Motif Pairs in Class-Based Networks with High Correlation Metrics

This study investigates significant motif pairs within different classes of networks, focusing on those with high correlation coefficients (≥ 0.8) using the rdiag and hdiag parameters. We examine Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and other classifications in relation to their respective high threshold significance scores (N.N.Y.htss ≥ 1). The findings aim to understand structural patterns and connectivity among diverse motifs and their implications in network analysis.
