  2. A message from the Founders We wanted to create a comfortable environment for clients and providers alike to set and accomplish personal and professional goals. Our hope is to provide a safe space for healing, as well as a nurturing place for clinicians to grow into the therapist they have always wanted to become.

  4. FAMILY THERAPY Family therapy is needed more often today with the ever-changing dynamics of parenting roles, blended families and temptations that confront children of all ages. Foundation Wellness providers are trained therapists who work to shift the attention from an individual to the family, improve communication skills among its members and establish respectful boundaries with a method of accountability. Just as every individual is recognized as unique, we also recognize the individual families and the struggles they faces.

  5. COUPLES THERAPY Couples therapy can not only relieve tension in a relationship, it can also contribute to the well being of each partner. An objective, non-judgmental counselor can mediate differences a couple cannot settle on their own. Premarital Counseling - It is vital we know our own “marriage story” as we move closer to the reality of marriage. This story is born primarily out of our family of origin, no matter the integration or disintegration of our parents’ marriage. We project innumerable decisions into our idea of our own marriage out of our experience with our parents. Knowing your marriage story will clarify how you envision what your own marriage should—or shouldn’t—look like.

PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE We truly believe that improved mental and physical health are better achieved in the long term through fundamental lifestyle changes and restoring balance to your body’s systems that are not functioning at an optimal level. However, we understand the neurophysiology of mental health and know that medication is often a necessity. Our holistic approach combines a personalized, integrative method to diagnosis and psychiatric medication management.

  7. INDIVIDUAL THERAPY Individual therapy is a collaborative process between patient and therapist. During this process, the therapist can treat specific issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, addiction, sexual integrity, past or current trauma, etc.) or everyday concerns (e.g. relationships and family problems, career issues, etc.). We provide a safe place to explore your life and discover the change you are seeking. Individual therapy sessions can be arranged for adults, children and adolescents. In conjunction with the client, the counselor will strive to decrease pessimistic thought processes and disruptive behaviors thereby restoring peace within the person as well as mending strained relationships.
