Georgia Artist, Kimmy Cantrell, was born and grew up here in Atlanta in the College Park area. • His first experience with clay was in high school. • He studied business administration at Georgia State and worked for 20 years before he started working with clay again. • He is fascinated with using “asymmetry.” • He now lives in South Georgia. • His work has won numerous awards and exhibited at many American galleries and art events.
