Fraka Harmsen

Fraka Harmsen attended Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand where she received her Bachelor’s in Geology in 1978. She was a part of the honors program and graduated the first in her class. She also attended Victoria University for her doctoral education, receiving her Ph.D. in 1984.
