Event Setup Instructions for LegalShield Meeting on Tuesday Evening

Prepare the venue for the LegalShield event scheduled for Tuesday from 6:30-9 PM. The main seating arrangement includes a skirted table for AV with four rows (8-10 chairs each) in a theatre/chevron style, ensuring a 2-inch gap between each chair and ample walking space. The air conditioning should be set to 68 degrees at least a couple of hours prior. A large skirted table will be available for water, along with additional chairs increasing total seating to 70. Please prepare an unsheltered thinner table with two chairs and a garbage can outside the room.
