Some conclusions………….. • Access to CONTENT is KEY! • The more you read the more research you produce • The better the search & the better the quality of the materials, the better the research • The better the search, the more time you save, the more research you can produce in the same time • Investments in high quality materials drive usage and reduce cost per article • If not online, content is considered non-existent • ROI study: Investing in the library demonstrates economic value to the university administration
