  3. Event Map Key features: • ‘Master download’ button which exports all attendees • ‘Quick add’ button to add any past events • Video explaining full functionality of ‘My Events’ • Email notifications for people as they register!

Community pages Why have we created them? • In response to communities’ requests for a greater presence on Pachamama Alliance website • Purpose: • Showcase local communities and their achievements, unique identity etc. • Support community growth. Visitors to the site searching for events will see Community Page Pins on the map, and be able to find out more about what’s going on in their area. • Clearer way for users to contact Community Coordinators

  8. Creating Your Page • Liz will add you as an Administrator and create your community • Log into the Facilitators hub: http://www.pachamama.org/facilitators/login • You will see a new tab called ‘My Community Page’

  9. Future developments • This is a phase 1 • LAUNCHING PUBLICLY November 1! • Would like as many before then as possible! • Future phases to come

  10. Additional new tools for facilitators • Translator’s kit for V2.5 (on Facilitator’s Hub) • Orientation to Presenting the Symposium (on Facilitator’s Hub) • Four short videos orienting people to how to present a Symposium • Plus download of Manual • Marketing toolkit

Marketing Kit Four sections, on Facilitator’s Hub, under Promoting Your Event : • Promotion – (Marketing 101) • Public Relations & Media - (tips on reaching out to media) • Enrolling Community Partners – Powerpoint, elevator pitch • Useful Templates – flyers, posters, sample emails, news releases, public service announcements etc. Thank you to facilitators for helping create this from their own materials!
