Unlock the potential of your employees with ESF Priority 2 Workplace Learning scheme. Employees aged 19+, without qualifications or below Level 2, working 8+ hours in companies <1000 employees are eligible for funding. This initiative supports vocational learning, functional skills, Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications, with exceptions for Level 3 for 19-24-year-olds in SMEs <250 employees.
