Facts: • If you smoke for a long time, TAR builds up in your lungs and makes them look bad. • Everyone knows that CIGARETTE smoke is dangerous. • Smoking cigarettes increases your chances of having a HEART attack. • Cigarette smoke shortens your LIFE. • Smoking cigarettes makes your heart beat FASTER. • People who smoke cigarettes everyday find that it is a hard HABIT to break. • Carbon monoxide forces out the oxygen from the body’s RED blood cells.
