NCCI is… An Inter-Confessional autonomous Council and an ecumenical expression constantly initiating, promoting and coordinating various forms of ministries of Witness and Service in the wider community. Serving as a common platform for thought and action for mutual consultation and action for life and witness of the Churches in India. The Churches fulfill their common task in fellowship with one another.

  9. Mission To enhance the Mission agenda of the Indian Churches, in partnership with the public sector and civil society, in addressing the issues of Stigma and Discrimination, Gender, Sex and Sexuality, HIV/AIDS prevention, Care and Support and becoming HIV friendly Faith Communities.

Objective • To assist the Churches and the faith based organizations to mainstream HIV & AIDS in whatever Mission activities they involve in! • To secure the human rights of those infected by HIV/AIDS, and giving unconditional support • To improve the health and extend the lives of infected people • To accompany the infected, those who mourn and those who live on • To celebrate life • To Nurture communities, and • To Advocate for Justice.
