  2. VTX review • 1/19 and 1/20 (1.5 days) • This is a technical review, with emphasis on cost and schedule • T. Ludlam’s charge to the reviewer • The purpose of this review is to evaluate the technical feasibility of the final proposal for the VTX tracker, and to provide an assessment of the cost and schedule for the project as proposed by PHENIX. • Focus on Technical issues; Minimize emphasis on physics (NSAC report has done it) • The agenda will be set by us • 1/19 for presentations • 1/20 closing sessions to answer Questions raised.
