  3. What are they? • More than a whiteboard • No need to rely on the keyboard • Touch sensitive controls (pen) • Intelliboard-slightly different to SMART boards • Designed for better interaction between the teacher and student in the classroom • Correspondence work?-Video Conferencing

  4. Basic Skills • You need: Data projector, Lap-top/computer, software, whiteboard, imagination! • Manipulating the controls-hot keys • Other applications/software

  5. Interactivity • Visual learning-not always focused on the teacher • The teacher has better focus on learning delivery-no need to stop to manipulate programmes • Internet possibilities? • Students can use the board as well

  6. Presentations • Can make changes to works along as you present (pen writing) • Manipulation of parts of your slides (spot, zoom) • Improves the flow of your presentation (reveal, time out) • Better audience interaction (applause)
