  3. 2012-2013 Board Members • Lynn Wittig- President (2012-2015) • Amy Blumer- Vice President (2012-15) • Cris Clawson- Secretary (2012-2015) • Robert Abraham- Treasurer (2011-2014) • Greg Brewer (2011-2014) • Adam Baker (replaced Arthur 2011-2014) • Larry Sample (replaced Armstrong 2010-2013) • Kevin Haase (replaced Weise 2010-2013) • Sharon Williams (2010-2013)

  5. Mission Become a neighborhood of choice in Lawrence Township by building a strong foundation of community involvement and pride.

  6. 2012 Goals • Know where we are and which direction we are heading • Follow our By- Laws • Financial Plan • Office Organization • Long Term Property Plan • Common Areas Cleaned up • Better Communication • Increase Board Member Participation

  7. Financial Update • 2012 Budget/ Actual • 2013 Budget • Carry Over $ / Capital Improvement fund • Looking at Professional help here

  8. 2012 Office Accomplishments Secretary Cris Clawson • Filing system created • New website is live!!!! www.persimmonpropertyowners.org • Tracking calls • Update records • Record books updated

  9. 2012 Pool Accomplishments Pool VP Amy Blumer • Wading Pool repainted • Drinking Fountain repaired • Bathroom Repainting project • Leak in Big Pool repaired • Dead Trees removed from area • New Trees planted • Events-Dive In, Teen Night, Volleyball, Doggie Dive In

  10. 2012 Property Accomplishments • Bushes planted at Ridge entrances • Entrances cleaned out , trimmed • Entry Lights • Fence repaired • Signage at Creek up to match Ridge • Creek Cleaned out- many times!! • 5 year plan

  11. 2012 Play Park Accomplishments • New slides installed • New Swings • Frame repaired • Dead Trees removed • Repaired equipment • Staining this spring approved • System in place for garbage removal

  12. 2012 Community Event/ Social Accomplishments • 4th Parade & Picnic • Dive In • Teen Night at Pool • Newsletters • Holiday Light Contest • Facebook • Website

  13. Board Goals 2013 • Board Reorganization • Committee Organization • Community Beautification • Streamline Accounting, Collections • Continue to help build up our community to be a “Neighborhood of Choice in Lawrence Township”
