  2. Ingredienti: • Unacipolla media • Quattro spicchid’aglio • Unalattagrandedipomodoripelati • Treramettidibasilico fresco • Spaghetti • Olio • Parmigiannograttugiato

  3. Metodo: • Scaldarel’olio e aggiungere la cipolla e l’aglio e cuocere per due-quattrominuti. Aumentareilfuoco, aggiungere I pomodori e il sale; coucere per circa 20 minuti. Togliere la pentoladalfuoco e aggiungereilbasilico. • Nelfrattempo, far bollirel’acqua e salare; aggiungeregli spaghetti e cuocere. • Uniregli spaghetti al sugodipomodoro e aggiungereilformaggio
