  6. ISIKAN DATA BAGI SETIAP PENERIMA (MURID) SAVE FILE AS ……………(eg. Data1)

  7. STEP 2 • Open Word document cth : Sijil.doc

  8. Start Mail Merge

  9. Start Mail Merge

  10. Select Recipients

  11. Select EXCEL Data file from location

  12. Select Table : Sheet1$

  13. Place cursor at 1st point of data entry

  14. Insert Merge Field

  15. 1st Merge Field Inserted

  16. Insert All Your Fields 1 by 1

  17. Preview Results

  18. First recipient

  19. Finish and Merge 1

  20. Finish and Merge 2

  21. Word document with each recipient for each page

  22. Save Letters1 asLisan Print

  23. Save it!
