  1. 聖法蘭西斯禱文 使我作你和平之子， Make me a channel of Your peace. 在怨恨之中使用你的愛，  Where there is hatred let me bring Your love;

  2. 在憂傷之中傅送你寬恕， where there is injury, Your pardon, Lord; 在懷疑之中顯出你信實。 And where there's doubt, true faith in You.

  3. 幫助我不要單單求安慰， Oh, Master, grant that I may never seek 更願意努力安慰幫助人，  So much to be consoled as to console;

  4. 不求被瞭解，但求瞭解人，  To be understood as to understand; 接受愛，更加願意付出愛。 To be loved as to love with all my soul.

  5. 使我作你和平之子， Make me a channel of Your peace. 在失望之帶處出你的愛， Where there's despair in life let me bring hope;

  6. 在罪惡之中發出你的光， Where there is darkness, only light; 在難過心靈播下你喜樂。  And where there's sadness, ever joy.

  7. 使我作你和平之子， Make me a channel of Your peace. 願寬恕別人好像你寬恕， It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,

  8. 願施與別人好像你施與， In giving to all men that we receive, 願燃燒生命得永遠生命。 And in dying that we're born to eternal life.
