In this lesson, students will learn to interpret the x and y-intercepts through various real-life examples. The agenda includes a warm-up session, a detailed exploration of special cases, and practical exercises interpreting x and y-intercepts. Key examples include analyzing the draining of a swimming pool, Ewa's journey home, temperature changes over time, and a scuba diver's position underwater. By the end of the lesson, students will be able to apply their skills to different scenarios and complete their homework on interpreting intercepts.
