  7. Fleet Management – My Fleet From the Fleet Management tab, you can easily manage and track your fleet information using the My Fleet and Fleet Reports functions. The Manage Trucks screen allows you to view and manage the trucks within your fleet. • By clicking an asset number, you can edit truck information, add hour meter readings, and add outside purchases. • Hour meter readings can be recorded and tracked by clicking on the clock icon in the Manage Fleet screen and entering the hour meter reading for that truck. This data can then be used to create an Hour Meter Report. • Purchases made outside of nGauge can be recorded by clicking on the dollar sign icon from the Manage Fleet screen.

Fleet Management – My Fleet The Add New Truck screen allows you to add trucks to your fleet to be displayed on the Manage Trucks screen. • The dropdown lists are populated with truck manufacturers and models. • If your truck is not listed, you can add it to the dropdown by clicking on the Add new manufacturer and Add new model links.

Fleet Management – Fleet Reports The Overall Fleet Cost Report helps determine the cost of your fleet based on online and outside purchases. • You can enter a date range for expenses during a specific period. Purchase results are displayed for each individual truck. • Fleet costs are broken down by month for online and outside purchases. • Click on a truck to view purchase details including part numbers, order numbers, and order dates.

  10. Fleet Management – Fleet Reports The Truck Purchase History screen allows you to track purchases for each truck within your fleet.

  11. Fleet Management – Fleet Reports • The Hour Meter Report helps you review truck utilization and identify the trucks that are being used more than others so you can distribute use evenly across your fleet. • Each truck within yourfleet can be selectedto display truck details.
