  1. 1135 - 1220 hrsPanelist Probir Roy, Co-founder, Paymate Probir has over 15 years of experience in diverse fields like technology, operations, strategy in diverse environments. Prior to laying the foundation stone of PayMate, he was the CIO at News Corp’s Star TV India, Member of the Executive Committee and Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman.Subsequently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Euro RSCG Interactive – the world’s No-1 New Media company, and Chief Technology Officer of Euro RSCG Advertising, India & Middle East, and on the Worldwide IT Board. Before his transition to the private sector, Probir worked at the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna, and then the Nuclear Power Corporation where he served for eleven years and was Head of Information Systems.In his current entrepreneurial role, Probir has co-founded Coruscant Tec and PayMate. Both companies were awarded the prestigious RED HERRING TOP 100 Award for promising tech start up companies in 2006 & 2007 respectively. Coruscant Tec was subsequently sold to Mukta Arts in 2008.
