The Appraisal Team consists of at least four members, including the Guidance and Counselling Education Officer, Principal, and a nominee from the Guidance Counsellor. Each member has specific roles: the Principal initiates the appraisal process, while the GCEO guides and monitors it. The Guidance Counsellor prepares documentation and goals. Other team members represent their groups and provide ongoing feedback. This collaborative effort ensures that performance is evaluated effectively and that professional development is prioritized within the educational setting.

The Team The Appraisal Team must have no less than four (4) persons and must include; • The Guidance and Counselling Education Officer. • Principal (or Designate) • Nominee of Guidance Counsellor.
ROLES of TEAM MEMBERS THE Principal • Initiate process within school. • Update GCEO – Notify team • Ensure all stakeholders have appraisal information. • Maintain proper records of process. • Implement all three stages of cycle.
ROLES of TEAM MEMBERS THE GCEO • Guide and monitor appraisal process. • Offer supervision and feedback. • Attend final review session. • Assist team with technical concerns.
